Boarding Rates: Charges are calculated per calender day and count the day of arrival and departure. Dog prices are based on shared accommodation. Boarding rates do not include additional services such as: Hydrobathing, Walking, Medication, Special Feeds, Veterinary Treatment.

Peak Periods: Our peak periods are all Queensland School holidays and Public Holidays.

Minimum Stays: 8 day minimum charge applies to all stays that include Christmas/Boxing Day or New Years Day. 5 day minimum charge + Hydrobath over Easter.

Deposits / Payment Deposits of $50 per pet, non refundabled are required for all Easter & Christmas bookings and all Luxury Suite bookings. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking and can be paid by Visa or Mastercard over the phone or you may call into the reception during our opening hours to pay by cash or EFTPOS. For cancelations with 14 days notice or more deposits will be held and credited to another booking within 6 months. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice deposits will be forfieted. Payment is required in full for the dates booked at time of check in. Changes to the dates booked during will not be accepted at check in during peak periods and there are no refunds for early pick ups. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.
